I purchased a trial membership, but I can't seem to download any videos  - what's going on?
As the sign up page and the site's Terms & Conditions indicates, the trial membership includes unlimited viewing/streaming of videos plus unlimited access to Once your trial membership converts to a full, monthly, non-trial membership, you will be able to access the downloads. You will not need to purchase credits.
I received a message that my download limit has been reached. What should I do?
While we do offer an unlimited number of downloads, there are some limitations as outlined in our Terms and Conditions and here's why. is available as either a monthly membership or pay as you go site. As a monthly member, you have access to unlimited features, and to viewing as many streaming videos as you like 24/7. You can also download an unlimited number of videos during your membership - all of them if you like. However, you cannot join and download them all in a day or several. Our downloads are for your viewing convenience and the download allowance is generous and based on a rolling number of days. The actual number of downloads/days vary based on how long you've been a member, how quickly you download, the method of download and other security factors. Based on industry standards, we believe this amount to be a substantial amount of video for one person to watch.  If you reach your limit and want to watch more - then be our guest, but it will have to be the streaming video. Memberships are reset at a maximum interval of 24-48 hours, but can be shorter depending on a number of factors. If there were no download controls then we would have people joining and using automated downloaders to take all our content in several days - the studio could not stay in business at that rate. You can download all the videos at once by purchasing credits, each video is 35 credits which is between $2.50 & $3.50/scene depending on how many credits you buy.
Will the video work on my SmartPhone or Tablet?
For Apple and Android mobile devices, will automatically detect your device and stream compatible video to it. You can also download the SmartPhone or Tablet version to your phone. offers a category for mobile compatible videos. You can use the shortcut 

My password doesn't work, how do I fix this?
1. You may have mistyped your information. Please use the Forgot Password button to retrieve your login information to make sure you are entering the correct username and password. User names and passwords are CaSe SenSiTiVe, enter them exactly as you selected them. Also, make sure your caps lock key is off. If your password still does not work, then please see "Retrieval" instructions below.

2. Password Misuse. As per our terms and conditions we do not allow sharing of passwords. If our software does detect sharing, we will suspend your account. If this happens you should see a "Too Many IPs" message displayed. Please use the "Forgot Password" button or link and we will email a new password to you.

Password Retrieval Instructions: If you lost your login information, please click on "Forgot Password" at the bottom of any page. You will be asked to enter the email address you used when you joined and your username and password will be emailed to you.

Important: If you are blocked and receive a "Download Limit Exceeded" message, using the "Retrieve Password" method will NOT work. For your convenience, we provide many hours of video via downloads for each member each week.  However, there are limitations (please see FAQ). If you are blocked for exceeding our download parameters, your account will automatically unlock after several hours and you will again be able to view and download videos. Please note that streaming is unlimited 24/7.

I can't view the streaming video on your site, what should I do?

If you were able to view the streaming trailer videos in our tour, you should be able to view the video in the member's area.

Flash Player comes pre-installed in 99.9% of today's browsers like Internet Explorer, FireFox, Safari, Opera and others. However, you need to have version 10 of Flash Player Installed. If you cannot view our video, just download and install the free browser plugin. It takes just a few minutes.

You must have version 10 of Flash Player to view our video. Click on the download banner above to upgrade to the latest version 10.
