My Password Doesn't Work on the New Site!
Due to our new security format for the new site, we are issuing new passwords to existing members. Please click on "Sign In" and you will see the following "If this is your first time logging in please retreive your new password". Click on that link, enter the email address you signed up for the site with and you will receive an instant reply with your new password. If you do not receive an email within a few minutes, please check your spam/junk folder. If you have an issue with this process, please click on the large "Contact" button on the right side of this page and submit a support ticket. We will then send your new password to you.

Why do I have to use one letter, one number and one special character in my password?

The more sites you use the same password on, the more likely one of those sites will be hacked and your password will become compromised. Our password wizard assists you in selecting a password that will most likely be different from the one you have used before. This will help eliminate security issues for you and us. This is only one method of many that we use to make our site as secure as possible.

Why does CCBill show "2 Day Non-Recurring" when I purchase credits?

This is perfectly normal, for CCBill that is, it's just how they label the transaction when it's a one time purchase of credits. Rest assured that you will be issued the correct amount of credits you purchased. You can confirm this by checking the top right of any site page where your creditts balance is always displayed.

Do you use DRM or similar protection for your downloads?

No. However we do randomly "fingerprint" downloaded files to prevent unauthorized use and distribution. We employ the services of Porn Guardian for this purpose. Porn Guardian uses a combination of technology and human power to scan hundreds of thousands of tube sites, blogs, file sharing sites, groups and auctions, etc, looking for our content and providing us with the information we need to take action against the copyright violator. At times you will see your IP address and user name scroll, almost transparently, in the background of the video at random positions. Also, please keep in mind that you paid to watch our video with your hard earned money, so should everyone else - please do not distribute our downloads.

How do downloads work? Are they unlimited?

Premium Member Downloads: As a monthly member, you have access to unlimited features, and to viewing as many streaming videos as you like 24/7. Currently, you can also download up to 6 videos every twenty four hour period at no charge. Each day when you download your first video, the 24 hour clock starts. You can download up to 6 videos during this time period. Your quota resets to the maxium daily download amount at the end of your 24 hour period. Unused download quota does not rollover to the next 24 hour period. If you reach your daily limit and want to download more, you can do so currently for 10 credits (averaging $1 per add'l download), which represents a 50% discount over the current number of credits which 'Pay as you Go' non-members pay (currently 20 credits, regularly 35 credits).  Just click on the download button and you'll be prompted to purchase a package of credits - it only takes one click. Each download above your daily quota will debit 10 credits from your account. Or, just wait until midnight Eastern time and your download quota will refresh and you can download six more videos at no charge.  You may watch the streaming videos even if you have reached your download limit.

Pay as You Go: Purchase a credit package of your choice. Currently, each video costs just 20 credits to download, approximately $2. The larger the credit package you purchase, the less each file costs. Once you download a file it stays in your free Storage Locker and you can access it at any time in the future at no additional charge. Your download button wil change from Green to Gray and will include the date you downloaded the video.  Click on the now gray button and the video will download again without charge.

My password doesn't work, how do I fix this?

1. You may have mistyped your information. Please use the Forgot Password button to retrieve your login information to make sure you are entering the correct username and password. User names and passwords are CaSe SenSiTiVe, enter them exactly as you selected them. Also, make sure your caps lock key is off. If your password still does not work, then please see "Retrieval" instructions below.

2. Password Misuse. As per our terms and conditions we do not allow sharing of passwords. If our software does detect sharing, we will suspend your account. If this happens you should see a "Too Many IPs" message displayed. Please use the "Forgot Password" button or link and we will email a new password to you. However, if this occurs again, you will need to contact us through our support desk in order to unlock your account.

Password Retrieval Instructions: If you lost your login information, please click on "Forgot Password" at the bottom of any page. You will be asked to enter the email address you used when you joined and your username and password will be emailed to you at that email address only. No other email address will work.

I have a Premium Membership, but I can only watch the short trailers?

Chances are your membership is expired, or you're using an old username and password for a 'free' or 'expired' membership. First, check in the upper right hand corner of the page. It will indicate what type of membership you have, and if expired, will indicate that your "membership has expired". You can also click on the 'Membership' button on the right side of this page and look up your membership using the CCBill inquiry form. This will provide you with your expiration date, a cancellation date and the reason your membersihp expired or was canceled. This may include 'failed to rebill', where CCBill was unable to charge your credit card for the current month. You will also be able to see your username and password, so you can confirm whether the one you're using is current and correct.

I can't view the streaming video on your site, what should I do?

If you were able to view the streaming trailer videos in our tour, you should be able to view the video in the member's area.

PC or Mac viewers: We use Flash Player, a cross-platform browser plug-in that delivers streaming video to over 99% of Internet users. Flash Player comes pre-installed in 99.9% of today's browsers like Internet Explorer, FireFox, Safari, Opera and others.  For Apple OSX and Windows you must have at least version 10 of Flash Player to view our video.  You can get the latest version at www.Flash.com.  Very few people experience a problem with Flash Video. However, if you have specific questions relating to your system you will most likely find the answer by typing your question in simple English into the Adobe FlashPlayer search box.  If you do have a problem that you cannot resolve, please click on the contact button on the right side of this page and submit a support ticket. Include your computer type (PC or Mac), operating system and version, browser you are using, Flash Player version (right click inside the Flash Player in your browser and you will see the version number at the bottom of the pop up) and and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Apple mobile (IOS),Android,Windows mobile users: We use mp4 encoded video for mobile devices. Our site automatically detects your device and serves up the correct video format. We have had no reported problems with viewing mobile device video using this mechanism. If you do have a problem, please click on the contact button on the right side of this page and submit a support ticket. Include your device type, operating system and version, browser you are using and version and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

How do I change my email address or password?

Please submit a support ticket to our help desk and we will make those changes for you. Sorry, but we cannot change your user name.

If I sign up for your newsletter, will I get a ton of spam?

No, currently you'll receive Brendon Marley News, Bait Buddies News once a week and occassionaly a newsletter from other sites we manage or have an agreement with. You can click on the unsubscribe button on the top of any of our newsletters to stop receiving them. The links really work and you won't receive any more newsletters beginning the following week.

I'd love to be in one of Brendon's videos, who do I contact?

Brendon usually finds his straight guys and his assitants while he's out and about. He "trolls" sports bars, bowling alley bars, swinger's clubs and finds many of these straight guys during his every day outings to restaurants, skater parks, surfer beaches, he's had a dude from a bicycle repair shop, the guy that did tiling at his house, and on and on. So, Brendon doesn't solicit guys through the site and he doesn't take volunteers nor does he use talent agencies or scouts. That's why you rarely see the guys on his site in any other videos on any other site.

Should I become a Premium Member or just use Pay as You Go credits?

Well, that's up to you and your viewing preferences. If you like to watch lots of video, as a Premium subscriber you'll be able to watch unlimited videos as well as download a generous number of free videos each day.  If you don't need the downloads, then just buy a less expensive 'streaming only' membership. If you would like to purchase and watch a few videos now and then or prefer paying for just what you watch with pay per minute, why not start as a pay as you go member. Just purchase a package of credits and download as many videos as you want - and you get to keep them forever, you do not have to have a Premium membership to buy credits.  You'll also be able to download the videos again at any time in the future with our FREE storage locker (there's no set up required). Our downloads are not DRM protected, but are randomly encoded with your IP address and user name to prevent unauthorized posting and piracy. Or, you can use the same credits to stream as much or as little of any or all our site videos. If you should decide to switch to a Premium membership, just click on the upgrade button or the "watch streaming video 24/7" link.

Will the video work on my Smart Phone or Tablet?

For Apple, Android and Windows mobile devices, the site will automatically detect your device and stream compatible video to it. Our mp4 download file will also play on your IOS,Android or Windows Smart Phone or Tablet. However, be aware that these are high quality files, so make sure you have enough storage on your device if you plan on downloading and saving multiple video files.

What is one click purchasing and one click upgrades?

One click purchasing and one click upgrades (instant upgrade from Trial to Premium coming soon) is a service provided directly by CCBill, our billing company and they do just what they sound like. If you already have a credit card on file with CCBill, there's no need to fill out all the purchasing information each time you want to renew a membership, upgrade a membership or purchase credits. You just click on the upgrade, download, credits or premium membership link or icon and a message will be displayed telling you that once you click your credit card will be charged by CCBill. One more click and your secure transaction is completed - no muss, no fuss.

Can I read your "Terms & Conditions and "Privacy Policy" before I join?

Yes, we think it's a great idea. There is a link to both "Terms & Conditions" and "Privacy Policy" on the bottom of every site page.

How do I watch HD on my PC or Mac computer?

When you press the play button for a preview/trailer or member's video, we automatically default to a medium bandwidth speed which will accommodate most viewers. To switch to HD or High bandwidth for a video, just click on the small HD or Hi at the bottom right of the player.  The video will continue on from the same place you were viewing - it will not start over from the beginning. Depending on your connection, you might want to view the High speed rather than HD if you are experiencing buffering (starting and stopping), the High video quality is excellent, as is the medium.

How do I know how much time I left on my Premium membership?

Just click on the 'Membership' button on the right side of this page. You will be able to look up your membership using the CCBill or Epoch customer service search form.

What is the free Storage Locker and how do I get one?

The free Storage Locker is provided only when you purchase a file using credits. You do not get a Storage Locker for downloads included with a Premium membership. You do not have to do anything to get a free Storage Locker. Just buy a download file using credits and you will be able to download that file again, anytime in the future wihtout having to pay again. Once you pay for a video file download, the download button will turn gray and will show the date you paid and downloaded the video. Every time you log into the site in the future, you will be able to download any file you previously purchased using pay as you go credits.

Is there really a Brendon Marley and who is he?

Oh, yes there is, and you can find out all about him and his videos including a short interview on the 'About' page.

What if I don't see my question answered here or I need additional information?

If you cannot resolve your issue using the FAQ or membership and password support buttons to the right or have general questions or wish to contact the site owner, affiliate manager, etc. Please submit a support ticket by clicking on the "Contact Us" button to the right on this page.

NOTE: You do not need to register to create a support ticket.  Once you submit a ticket through the desk, you will just reply to our emails to continue the issue. Prior replies will be included with all our email responses.

Why does the HD version keep pausing or buffering when I try to watch it?

Streaming HD video requires a high bandwidth connection. For those of you who are more technical, the HD video streams around 4000kbps, while our "High" speed is around 3000kbps, "Medium" around 1500 kbps.  Unless you have a premium Internet cable connection you might want to stay with our "High" speed which should elminate any pausing or buffering.

What does my Trial membership include?

As the sign up page and the site's Terms & Conditions indicate, the trial membership includes unlimited viewing/streaming of all our videos plus unlimited access to BrendonsBasement.com.  However, the Trial  membership does not include downloads. Once your trial membership converts to a full, monthly, non-trial membership, you will be able to access the daily downloads. You will not need to purchase credits. Or, you may use the one click upgrade and instantly convert to a full membership. Charges for your full membership will commence with the upgrade.

How do I cancel my Premium membership?

We don't know why you'd want to cancel, but that's easy enough, just click on the 'Membership' button on the right side of this page.
